同一个表作为两个表来查询，查询条件不同，结果不同

eg:       table_ccy100       
      字段：   mcoil_no       coil_no           m_coil_yn     
                  h070607         h07060701         c 
                  h070607         h070607             m 
                  h070608         h070608             m 
                  h070609         h07060901         c 
请问：       select     x.ord_no   ,x.ord_seq     
                  from       tb_ccy100   x,   tb_ccy100   y 
                  where     x.mcoil_no     =y.coil_no   ; 
和                 
                select     x.ord_no,x.ord_seq 
                    from     tb_ccy100   x,   tb_ccy100   y 
                    where   x.coil_no   =   y.mcoil_no   ; 
却不同，但是为什么呢？   同一个表，不同的查询条件，不同的结果，请那位高人给指点指点
