oracle自动存档怎么恢复数据

oracle版本：Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0设置自动存档的步骤：
shutdown immediate;
startup mount;
alter database archivelog;alter system set log_archive_start=TRUE scope=spfile
alter system set log_archive_format='%TS%S.ARC' scope=spfile;
alter system set log_archive_dest_1 ="location=G:\oracle" scope = spfile;以上操作在sqlplus中都成功执行，不过要重启机器在G:\oracle目录才有001S00001.ARC文件。
用delete语句删除一个表的数据后想用
recover database until time '2007.9.17 17:33:29'
做数据回复，提示文件已经更改，不过恢复不了数据。请高手指点。

需要通过原来的备份来恢复  而不是通过目前的数据文件恢复
