AIX上dbca建库到85%出错,如何解决

Oracle 10g用dbca建立库,到85%长时间跳出对话框提示 :
Enterprisemanager configuration failed due to the following error -
Errorstarting Database Control
referto the log file at/oracle/product/10.2.0/cfgtoollogs/dbca/ora102/emConfig.log for moredetails.
Youcan retry configuring this database with Enterprise Manager later bymanually running /oracle/product/10.2.0/bin/emca script.
