你的dz.ora应该是pfile，如果是oracle9I安装在windows，把ora文件放到pfile文件夹下，比如在D盘某处,然后启动时使用startup pfile='d:\...\dz.ora'的方式找到你指定的文件，启动数据库后，再通过create spfile from pfile 的方式重新生成spfile。
