楼上的没试，不过下面这个可以
select a.id,b.C as c1,d.C as c2 from tA a
left join tB b on b.id=a.c1
left join tB d on d.id=a.c2

select x.id, y.C, z.C 
from tA x, tB y, tB z 
Where y.id=x.c1 and z.id=x.c2
