 A call to Oracle was attempted when no connection was established. Usually this happens because a user-written program has not logged on. It may also happen if communication trouble causes a disconnection.  
Action 
Try again. If the message recurs and the program is user written, check the program.

^_^，你回帖我都很高兴了。总算有人给点反映。
我的意思是说,你发的这个，是ORA错误的简要说明。这个我知道。
它紧紧说明这这种错误偶尔出现的原因。并不能说明怎么解决问题。我题目可能说的不明白。我这里报错的原因并不是因为没有连接数据库。做其他查询操作都是可以。而且，在个别机器上有这个问题。而其余机器一切正常。

反复试过了。在我的客户端从来没问题。在别的好几个客户端都有问题。每次都报错。而且做查询正常，做改表就报错。
我看了几个的字符集都是一样的。
防火墙还会影响ORACLE?防火墙的东西，我就不懂了。
