怎么没人回答我呀，郁闷拉，为什么异常exception
    when others then后的语句没有被执行呢??????

已经发生异常，为什么这里的语句没被执行

sqlplus里面set serveroutput on然后再运行试试

我打开拉，其它地方的提示都可以看到．
关键是，exception
      when others then
      v_use_unit_code := '0';／／这里面的语句都不执行
      v_consignor_code := '1';
end;
