oracle 已经安装好了，但是登录不上，请高手指教，在线等，一定给分

研究一下　Net Configuration Assistant　就知道了．

    你的监听服务没有设置正确吧 ？
    以o8为例开始/程序/oracle 8 for nt/oracle net 8 assistant
    然后进行相关配置

    要配置啊

    命令行窗口输入lsnctl start试试：）

    你装的是oracle什么版本
    如果是9i的话
    运行
    开始/程序/oracle-orahome92/Configuration and Migration/Net Configuration Assistant

    前面写错了，应该是lsnrctl start

    监听服务没有设定监听的数据库实例，用net assitant 设定监听程序的数据库服务
