问题出在你要将CHOICES表的STUID参照STUDENTS表中的PK作为FK，而CHOICES表中STUID的某些值在主表STUDENTS的字段中不存在，当你试图建立FK的时候Oracle报了02270的错误，解决办法是把CHOICES表中STUID存在而STUDENTS表中不存在的值插入STUDENTS表，然后建立ＦＫ，这样就不会报错了
