    你要先保证你的数据库服务启动了！并且数据库可用！
    然后才能启动你的Management server 服务！

    数据库服务启动了，并且数据库都是可用的。就是启动启动你的Management server 服务出错：错误在事件中看错误原因最上面的描述；
