怎么让sqlplus每隔x秒自动执行某一sql句？

请问如果不用job，还有办法吗？
例如：
 我想监测一个访问量：select count(*)　from t_login
 我想让sqlplus每30秒执行一次，而且我可以直接在sqlplus里看到结果。

没有什么其他办法了，不过你的30秒时间也太短了，很会影响性能的，而且我在用job的时候发现不能精确到s。
