LINUX下有没有ORACLE的客户端工具? 就像 sqlplus developer

难道，LINUX下没有sqlplus么，而且，oracle 8i以后的客户端工具都是java程序，oracle for linux的安装包里肯定有的。
只不过，运行方式需要在KDE里面，通过命令行来启动。

我在LINUX9下安装了TORA
以ORACLE或ROOT登录系统运行 TORA报了一个错误如下:[oracle@Unicorn oracle]$ tora
Qt: Locales not supported on X server但是TORA的界面能句打开,也能连上DB,但是执行 SQL语句时出现如下错误提示:ORA-03127:no new operations allowed until the active operation ends(Duration 0:00.00)
