oracle 10g无法登陆问题?

肯定是用户被锁了，查询一下吧，
select username,ACCOUNT_STATUS from dba_users;就可以看出来了！！！

为何这样,我用以下解锁:
Alter user SYSMAN account unlock;
再用select username,ACCOUNT_STATUS from dba_users;查看它是open的,但我在oracle里的
"启动/关闭:请指定主机和目标数据库身份证明"登陆时它又是ORA-28000: the account is locked,再在sql*plus查看也是SYSMAN      LOCKED(TIMED)的.为何?

我看到sys和system这两个用户是open的,但也不能登陆啊.
我查了这个错误是这样的意思:
ORA-28000: the account is locked 
Cause: The user has entered wrong password consequently for maximum number of times specified by the user's profile parameter FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS, or the database administrator has locked the account. 
Action: Wait for PASSWORD_LOCK_TIME or contact the database administrator.
