重装后的系统的sid是否和原来的一样。init.ora配置文件中的文件位置和控制文件的个数是否一至。

>shutdown immediate
>startup mount //确认能否正常启动到mount状态.
>select * from v$log//看看你的redo log file state
>select * from v$logfile//看看你的redo log file 位真正位置.
>alter database open //若mount正常,即尝试打开DB,看看会有什么error info.
  根据error info再作进一步的处理.
  若是control file error ,即可尝试重建control file.
