老是抱错：ora-12535:TNS:opereation time out

TNS-12535 TNS:operation timed outCause: The requested connection could not be completed within the timeout period specified by the CONNECT_TIMEOUT parameter in LISTENER.ORA. This error arises from the TNSLSNR.Action: Either reconfigure CONNECT_TIMEOUT to be 0, which means wait indefinitely, or reconfigure CONNECT_TIMEOUT to be some higher value. Or, if the timeout is unacceptably long, turn on tracing for further information.

该程序以前是好的！我找了一下,在network\admin目录下的listener文件里没有
connect_timeout_listen的配置节啊，是不是要手工设置一下，设置成0呢，还是50？？
