楼上的，简单看了一下，这也太复杂了吧，为什么会移植了就出现这样的问题呢？
难道是我移植数据库时用imp，有问题？

我发现不仅这个不行，我直接在OEM，想创建一个新用户，也报Standard包不可用，怎么办呢？

imp在导入数据的时候,有时候会出现包、视图或过程无法正常运行的错误，重新编译一下应该就好了！

不知还要重编哪些包？
这得用什么用户来重编这些包呢？
