Oracle managment server 启动问题

去开始-〉控制面板-〉管理工具->服务 然后找到oracleorahome81managerserver手动启动就可以了。

  You needed to edit the off-line credentials of the repository owner stored in
the omsconfig.properties file using the Enterprise Manager Configuration
Assistant since they are stored off line and obviously are not updated if
you change the repository owner password from the sys account, so you must
run the EMCA afterwards to override the old value.

问题时解决了。
但还是不知道是什么原因造成的。
