ORA-12560:TNS:协议适配器错误？！ORA-03113:通信通道的文件结束？！

c:\lsnrctl start    --启动监听服务；
如果还有问题，那就需要重新配置监听服务（或将以前监听删除后再重新配置）。

2)如果不行看看 lsnrctl  －status     如果起不来在oracle_home/network/admin/listener.ora里面在加个监听
