急急,!!!在WIN2000下的Oracle HTTP Server服务怎么起不来?

Question

你安装的oracle是什么版本的，我装9I没有什么问题啊？9I之前的版本里面http做的不怎么样，那时的技术还比较老土。

This message means that the Web server was unable to start correctly for one reason or another. To find out why, try starting the Oracle HTTP Server in a DOS Window.     cd <location of httpdsctl>
    httpdsctl start  
(If you don't get the prompt back, hit Control-C to cause Oracle HTTP Server Powered by Apache to exit.) Also check the Windows NT Event Log for Application errors using the Windows NT/2000 Event Viewer program. Any errors that occur prior to opening the error log will be stored here, if Oracle HTTP Server Powered by Apache is run as a Service on NT or 2000. As with any error, also check the error log.

dou1204(greenbird),请问cd <location of httpdsctl>里的httpdsctl是什么意思?newchar(飘) ,http server 端口应该是多少?怎么知道是否被占用没有?
