ERROR：ORA-12541: TNS: 没有监听器?!

我是新手，不懂这是为什么？！

  1.   

    没启动监听器。
    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>lsnrctl start

    是不是你没有在%/Oracle/ora81/network/admin/listener.ora 这个没有设置好啊。去那里看看重新设置一下了。

    Resolve TNS-12541:Ensure that the supplied destination address matches one of the addresses used by the listener. Compare the TNSNAMES.ORA entry with the appropriate LISTENER.ORA file (or TNSNAV.ORA if the connection is to go by way of an Interchange). Start the listener on the remote machine. Resolve TNS-12560:  Check addresses used for proper protocol specification. Before reporting this error, look at the error stack and check for lower level transport errors.For further details, turn on tracing and re-execute the operation. Turn off tracing when the operation is complete.
