其实，我也觉得是服务器操作系统的限制，那操作系统对于不同终端的数据库连接到底是怎么对应的呢？数据库服务器的监听程序对于每一个连接是线程还是进程啊？如果是线程的话则不应该出现上述问题，在oracle的参数说明中，说process的参数值范围是6到操作系统的一个值，而下限6正是Oracle的后台进程个数。
aix是多进程操作系统吧！
另外服务器安装的是oracle9i For AIX ,正版的，会不会有连接进程的限制呢?
