重新用 startup force启动一次，看有没有错误出现？

这是由于你非正常关机引起control file 和 数据文件不同步，只要重建controlfile,就能解决。如果你有metalink的帐号，查一下，关于此类问题的解答很多已很详细。我以前也遇到过这类问题，就是在metalink的指导下解决的。
