我想应该可以用
if to_number(to_char(sysdate,'hh24'))>=9 and 
   to_number(to_char(sysdate,'hh24'))<=17 then      后跟处理命令

end if
end name

if (to_char(sysdate,'hh24')>=9 and  to_char(sysdate,'hh24')<=17 then其中"and" 应该改为"or"才对
