oracle存储过程的建立：
1.Enter the code to create a procedure in a system edit or word-processor and save it as a sql script file.
2.compile the code:
   using sql/plus,load and run the sql script file.the source code is complied   into p code and the procedure is created.
3.excute the procedure.
