出现ora-03127错误如何解决

But I don't know what kind of SQL operation you are performing actually

我是在做从oracle数据库到TRS索引时出现问题的：
先报：
在取记录数时，无法执行SQL语句，错误号ORS1010,错误信息为：ORA-00000;
后报 ：
在取记录数时，无法执行SQL语句，错误号ORS1010,错误信息为：ORA-03127;
我找TRS公司的技术人员，他们说是oracle的问题。
