求教：根据经验，什么可能的原因会导致OracleOraHome90Agent服务无法启动？

then recieved a error message "....maybe a windows internal error or service error ...contact your administrator].and run from the cmd.exe will recieved:
D:\oracle\ora90\BIN>agntsrvc
StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed with err 1063.[help , thank]
