我的ORACLE一般不使用的时候是不启动的
所以，如果没有启动的时候就执行，报的错是：
ora-12500:TNS:监听程序无法启动专用服务器进程。
所以，我想还是会有其它的原因 的吧。。
看oracle进程可能没有用。
