oracle数据库中对varchar类型有什么要求嘛,遇到莫名其妙的问题 而且只是英文文摘有问题,中文文摘不会有这种错误

你sql语句的本来字符就是 ''表示,你要是我上面第一种那他肯定截取前一部分.那样后面的怎么办?
' my name's ....'  -->' my name'  遗留的  s ....'  怎么处理?
所以就是''在字符串中代替一个.
sql server 和sybase也都是这样处理的

但是存入数据库中的还是'而不是''
是oracle自动处理的嘛?
