请问oracle pl/sql的几个问题

谢谢solidpanther(我爱机器猫) ，我已经使用了这个工具，感觉不错。不过不会调试。我编写了一个存储过程，然后调用，怎么设置断点呢？另外，大家能给个TOAD的下载网址吗？
