谁知道如何在两个不同字符集的数据库之间传送数据（ORACLE);

不主张更换服务器端的字符集，用得不好系统会瘫痪。
建议在客户端通过改变NLS_LANG变量的值（如乒乓开关），
来显示不同数据库的记录。

可以使用exp与imp需要注意：
During the import, the data is automatically converted to a character set for the
specified session as determined by the NLS_LANG parameter. After the data has been
converted to the session character set, it is then converted to the database character set.
This means that NLS_LANG has to be set to the character set of the export file.
