看看你的数据库监听器LISTENER有没有问题.

每天调试几十次，ado连接数据库都没问题（但都没有断开数据库连接）；到晚上，就连接不上。因此我认为不是监听器LISTENER的问题。我也查过v$session,没有多余的session。我只能冷起oracle所在的机器，就ok了！！！
