高分求救ORACLE字符集问题

原数据（8i）的字符集为WE8ISO8859P1，我新创建了一个字符集也为WE8ISO8859P1的数据库(9i).导入后的日志显示为上面的结果。不知为什么？谢谢指教!!!

仔细看了一下,原来不是字符集问题,看上面oracle文档中的解释
