我连时，分，秒也要取得，是否应该是select nextruntime from tab_transtimeset where nextruntime <= to_date('2003/5/25 09:10:10','yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss');可是它又提示错误信息“格式代码重复两回”，那么分种的格式代码应该是什么呢
