创建数据库ORA-12203: TNS:unable to connect to destination

检查注册表里 KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\HOME0\ 里的ORACLE_SID 跟你现在所建的数据库SID是不是一样的

现在数据库还没有sid因为还没有创建数据库

你的LISTENER肯定还没有启动或启动出错了，以至于不能链接到数据库。

1、你的oracle服务器是unix的还是windowns下的?
2、你敲svrmgrl的机器是oracle server还是你的pc机？

对了windowns与unix是不一样的，你得先用dbassistant把库给建了就可以了。
网上找的，自己先看看吧！
If this is Windows NT and you get this when you go into Server Manager         and also when you try and do connect internal make sure there is a         service called OracleServiceSID and that it is started. If it does not         exist use the ORADIM utility to create it.
