就我看来，除了bobo兄发现的问题外，
所有select语句可能会有查不到记录的情况，就需要做例外。
甚至可能需要将该pl/sql块拆成若干嵌套的子块。
如：
begin
　begin
　　select *......
　exception when no_data_found then 处理方法;
　end;
　begin
　　select *......
　exception when no_data_found then 处理方法;
　end;
end;
这种方法来进行。
