错误ORA-06413是怎么回事？

I get it!!if the exe file name has characters like ' " (), or it is located in a folder with long name ( >8 ), this may be the cause. 天晓得竟然是这种错误，我只是把文件夹名从“系统“改成了“系统03-6-5（排序列表版本）“就成这样了！！
看来以后改文件名也要小心！不过还是要谢谢大家！
