ORA-27101 shared memory realm does not exist Cause: Unable to locate shared memory realm.Action: Verify that the realm is accessible.It is quite clear that your memory in oracle is used up .please simply shutdown abort your database and restart again .

看现象，你的oracle 没有启动
在dos 模式下以sysdba身份登陆，再执行startup手工启动数据库。通过服务来启动是没有用的
