%ORACLE_HOME%\Apache\Apache\conf\httpd.conf: 
结尾处的几行注释掉  
# Include the configuration for Apache JServ 1.1  #include "C:\oracle\ora81\Apache\Jserv\conf\jserv.conf  
# Include the Oracle configuration file for custom settings  #include "C:\oracle\ora81\Apache\Apache\conf\oracle_apache.conf"   
因为
APACHE or HTTP services cause the problem when 8.1.7 is installed on a Pentium 4 PC with Windows 2000 installed.
