除了INTERNAL用户，其他都无法登陆，怎么回事？

除了INTERNAL用户，其他都无法登陆?
登陆到那里(SQLPLUS Or Svrmgr OR OEM )  connect as internal and do 
select * from dba_usersto check the all the available users .
grant necessary role to those users .At least connect and resource your should grant .
Please try ;
connect internal;
alter user scott identified by tiger;
grant connect to scott
connect scott/tiger
