 Solution Description 
 The most common reason for such errors is a mismatch between the version of  the Oracle export executable and the version of the database.  Therefore, make sure the versions are the same.  If the database has recently been upgraded, ensure that catalog.sql and  catproc.sql ran as SYS user. By running catalog.sql, the script catexp.sql is called automatically. This catexp.sql scripts also updates the value of  the property "EXPORT_VIEWS_VERSION" in the table sys.props$ to the correct value.  With larger exports, the export is larger than 2G, check that the operating  system supports large files.  If exporting to tape use the Unix 'pipe' command to export the data.

有一个sequence名字是sys,可能和系统数据字典冲突，删了它就可以导出了。
