你好像已经执行了这个包，可能的原因是你登陆的用户没有执行这个包的权限。给Test用户分配执行包的权限问题就应该解决了。

三个脚本执行一下。在$oraclehome\RDBMS\ADMIN下

Your SYS.STANDARD package is invalid and cannot be accessed. Check its status by:select status from dba_objects 
where object_name like 'STANDARD' and
object_type in ('PACKAGE','PACKAGE BODY');Then either recompile the package or re-run catalog.sql and catproc.sql.
