    确实是shmmax上不去4G的原因，怎么让shmmx能超过物理内存的一半，
    但是oracle9i对SGA也有限制

    shmmni maximun number or shared memory identifiers in the system
    shmseg maxinum number of shwred memory segments a user process can  attach to
    semmni maxinum number of semaphore identifiers in the system
    shmmax*shmseg Total maximun shares memory that can be allocated
