我在linux下装了oracle9i,在安装过程中连接时出错，忽略后，不能用svrmgrl命令，不能启动oracle,而其他如dbastudio可用

9i中取消了SVRMGR, 用SYS AS SYSDBA从SQLPLUS登陆效果和SVRMGR一样

    用sys登录提示：connect to sys should be as sysdba or sysoper
