请教关于“ora-03113 通信信道的文件结束”错误的解决方法

Cause: An unexpected end-of-file was processed on the communication channel. The problem could not be handled by the Net8 two-task software. This message could occur if the shadow two-task process associated with a Net8 connect has terminated abnormally, or if there is a physical failure of the interprocess communication vehicle, that is, the network or server machine went down. In addition, this message could occur when any of the following statements/commands have been issued: ALTER SYSTEM KILL SESSION ... IMMEDIATE ALTER SYSTEM DISCONNECT SESSION ... IMMEDIATE SHUTDOWN ABORT/IMMEDIATE/TRANSACTIONAL Action: If this message occurs during a connection attempt, check the setup files for the appropriate Net8 driver and confirm Net8 software is correctly installed on the server. If the message occurs after a connection is well established, and the error is not due to a physical failure, check if a trace file was generated on the server at failure time. Existence of a trace file may suggest an Oracle internal error that requires the assistance of Oracle Support Services.

1.我没有找到安装时候的跟踪文件，而log文件的记录没有问题（我
考虑这是工具的问题，应该和安装过程没有什么关系，并且在安装
完成后自动启动该工具并且出错之后安装向导也提示：没有错误信息）2.该系统在运行oracle 8.15版本的时候没有任何问题，可见应该
不是硬件的毛病。3.我的oracle现在连接远程数据库没有问题，看来不是net工具
的毛病。

ora-03113 信息比较难判断，我上次也遇到过，在此之前系统一切运行正常，一次财务结账，运行一个大的batch，执行到一半的时候出现这个问题，无法解决，最后重启机器和database，才可以继续运行batch。我的系统是nt4.0+sp3，查过metalink，说，有可能是nt的bug造成的运行内存丢失，需要升级nt。但是我现在并没有对nt打补丁，很奇怪，这个问题也不出现了。如果你能确认你的机器硬件没有问题，你可以去metalink上面查一下关于os方面的bug。
另外，815能直接升级到817，不用删除注册表这么麻烦。实在不行，建议你重装系统。
