2、实例级冗余（也就是节点冗余），但是不能保证数据库灾难。这个是我们通常所说的OPS，
这种情况底层的CLUSTER支持是免不了的，否则，一个节点出现故障无法通知其他节点接管。
测试是否OPS安装是否成功，可以看操作系统的CLUSTER应用和上面帮定的PACKAGE状态，还有，oracle的单机版和ops版，在运行的时候会有有关PARALLEL OPTION的提示。
ops 是否要硬件支持?
如果是做ops，是否是ops＋osd＋nt cluster的形式，ops需要所谓的‘裸设备’支持吗？
做ops需要配置tnsnames.ora的failover_mode子项吗？如果不需要，那在客户端是怎么做到失败切换的。
我在做的是failsafe ＋ nt cluster的热备，有可能的话再加一个 standby 数据库，这样就可以做到容灾了。
我想了解一下ops的方案。
