First thing , Install a database on your own machine and do all the practise on it . I believe more practise , more experience you gain .   You can start with understanding the globe picture of oracle including Database , User , Shema , Tablespace , Datafile . make clear the relationship between them and then you can step into the details

如果你对PL/Sql比较熟悉，就应该学学管理，什么备份，安全，复制，分布，优化，分区等技术，另外Oracle的WEB功能也不错，如果你会C、VC还可以学学Pro*C，这些都是Oracle的精华。另外关于后台的存储过程，触发器，函数包和异常等也是PL/sql的精华。下载几本书看看，多实践，进步一定很快。
