为什么总是tnsping错误

1. First check whether your client pc can connect to your server physically2. If connection is no problem , check your server listener.log
3. reconfig your oracle client 
4. if still not ok , reinstall

    现在的现象是我的win98客户端可以连接的,
    但是windows2000不行,这到底是什么原因呢,(oracle client已经重新安装过)

    防病毒软件有可能阻止oracle访问。

    你可以装kv3000,但要设成手工启动服务，只要oracle服务先启动，在启动kv3000服务，就没事
