because no match record , so throws exception oracle too ... PL/Sql don't like T-Sql
If DELETE statement can not find a record, Oracle would not raise an exception. Use global variable SQL%NOTFOUND to test this condition. E.g.begin delete from a where id = 1; if SQL%NOTFOUND then //Actions here end if; end;
