how to change nls parameters ?

Question

there're 2 types of nls parameter :
1st is client nls parameter
    if only want to do some queries in client and use Chinese character,chanage the config of client nls parameters:
 regedit--->\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\HOME0\nls_lang
change to "SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK"2nd is server nls parameter 
   it's more difficute then 1nd.show oracle document NLS department.

改注册表的nls_lang为SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_AMERICA.ZHS16GBK 中文字符
                 为AMERICAN_CHINA.ZHS16GBK 英文字符
