oracle apex 新编了个报表系统，能实现分层次填报和汇总。感觉apex挺好的。感兴趣的可以交流一下。

可以实现全web环境下的开发，本地什么也不用装就可以开发了。
同时支持pc和手机端开发，客户端无操作系统限制。挺好使的。
目前已经有十多个报表，一百多个用户在用，反应挺好的。
从使用到现在超稳定，各种服务没有出现过一次问题。
感兴趣的可以交流一下。

填报单位列表的值列表根据填报层级和代码进行了筛选。
